In this trailer, the protagonist Igor Khymynuk is shown fighting for his life, building a base, and gathering allies in the Chernobyl Exclusion Zone. As it turns out, Chernobylite won't just pit players against wild animals, Russian forces, the inevitability of death, and the flow of time itself-it will also feature savage, heavily mutated monsters similar to those featured in the S.T.A.L.K.E.R. Some of those new facets were showcased today at IGN Expo as part of Summer Game Fest 2021.
Survival horror sandbox game Chernobylite has been in the works for a while now, but new facets of the game are still being unveiled.
